We believe that effective training starts with understanding the unique needs of your team, that's why we use the ID.SL tool to assess the existing sustainability knowledge and enthusiasm that resides within your workforce.

The ID.SL benchmark tool assesses three critical components of employees' existing knowledge, pinpointing gaps that organisations can subsequently address to cultivate a more knowledgeable workforce and captures the personal attachment that their employees have to the pursuit of a sustainable future.

Lens 1. Sustainability Acumen – the employees understanding, awareness, of sustainability challenges and opportunities and the implications of sustainability across environmental, social, and economic dimensions. Developing sustainability acumen is essential for making informed, responsible choices that contribute to a more sustainable and resilient future.
